I am doing well. From 240 to 233. Today I have had an abundance of energy. Went and cleaned house with my daughter, then weeded the front yard flower bed. Transplanted 2 bushes, then cleaned the inside of the fridge. Had dinner and ended up eating only 900 calories and I feel stuffed. I will have a large breakfast and as soon as I get up, for I do not want to go into the starvation mode. I have been logging my food. I found a website that calculates better then fatsecret. It tells you how many carbs, protein, fat, calories, sugar and sodium you need daily and how many you have used and how many you need to finish your day out. 233.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
