The bike riding begins this weekend. I wonder if that will make me lose a couple more pounds. I kind of want to. Don't know why. I'm at my goal weight.
122.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
