So my brain and my body are having a yelling match about the 4/10 of a pound I gained over the weekend. My brain is telling my body its because of the change in foods I've eaten this month, and I have gone over my 1400 RDI several times a week lately. It's calling my body a loser for not being about to metabolize my food. My body is telling my brain to shut up because I've been constipated since Friday and I can't expect to lose everything in one sitting. It says to be patient because their is probably going to be more movement today. And, it just told the brain to stay out of its busines, I will weigh 185 this Friday.

With such elevated conversation, how am I going to get any work done today?
