I am finally feeling back to normal and will make it my goal to have coffee every weekday from here on out. just a little weight fluctuating today. I had a late dinner and drank over 12 glasses of water yesterday

Coffee every weekday is a goal I could definitely achieve. Hope you were able to sleep after drinking all that water.

LOL...It took me longer than usual to down the first 8 glasses, then Zumba and 10 minutes in the sauna made me crave more. Since it was so late I was up twice actually...hmmm...I didn't get that great of sleep come to think of it. I am unsure if it is the diet change that is causing my dreams to be weird and vivid or if it is the exercise. There needs to be a "dreams" post in the forum.

My dreams have been absolutely crazy since starting this diet. At least once I was able to sleep without having to get up to pee 4 times a night. Now I try to get most of my water in before 7 pm. But seriously weird dreams.

I do try to drink my 8 by 5pm. I SIP on water after that or I make me a sugar free cafe drink with whipped cream topping. Alright, that settles it. I'm searching the forum for a dreams thread. If there isn't one, I'm starting it.
