Well, went to visit my parents last weekend. So I fell off the band wagon for a bit but I still lost 2lbs. I have been neglecting exercise lately. I need to get back into the groove. I leave Sunday for 3 months of traveling back and forth every week out of the country. So here goes 3 months of hotel living and restaurant dining! There's an exercise room in the hotel and a pool, so my goal will be to work out every day I'm there. That should speed up the weight loss. Let you know if it works!
