Woke up this morning to a very sore knee. Sorry tiarew. Another time perhaps. I'm happy enough though. I never have issues with my knees. No workout involving knees since Monday. Maybe not enough water.

I'm sorry to hear about your knees. I tweaked my back doing something this week. No workout Tuesday, no lifting yesterday and today may be yet more ice packs and heat bands. But it's slowly getting better.
