One very small victory!!! Ah, the smell of relief :) I wonder if my current problem is due to lack of coffee. The little cafe thingies probably aren't a true replacement for the stimulants in coffee. I'm not talking about the caffeine. I started using them when I ran out of coffee last Wednesday or Thursday.
I wonder if the combination of alcohol and mexican expressos is what had me so regular on my vacation last month. Hmmmmm...Im going to have to import that stuff and become an alcoholic.
We'll see. Maybe it's not improper nutrition or an increase in red meat. Maybe I can't go because I haven't had coffee.
