dont know why this has happened! have been good with eating this week,but...have done some daily xercise,and that often halts the scales for me
178.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It might halt the scales temporarily (muscles get little tears in them and water replaces that to help them heal). But if you keep going, exercise helps burn extra calories and you go down in sizes much quicker than if you don't exercise. So keep exercising and take your measurements to see how you are doing. The scale is only one way to measure weight loss success.
