I survived the long weekend... Barely, but I did!! I have this urge to just put on my shoes and RUN! But my lungs, and heavy bloody backside do not agree yet. One day,..
234.6 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
