Well yesterday was a bad day for me. I ate all the wrong stuff and then I weighed myself this morning and I totally regret all those bad choices. Oh well, today is a new day!

Weighwatcher commercials have been playing non-stop with Jennifer hudson and I finally listened and I picked up on a key phrase that stuck with me. "it's a new day". I think part of our problem is continuing to get down on ourselves, but it is a new day and we can start fresh ;-)
