I simply could not stand not doing anything anymore, so I did the Jillian Michaels workout challenge. It went better than expected; I only had a bit of a cough toward the end of the workout.
I'm also going on a nice, long walk with friends this evening. Finally out of the house for a bit.

I tried Jillian Michaels Beginning Yoga...OMG, was not for me. This body was not made to bend in that way LOL!

I go to Curve's and do Jillian Michaels body basics and her workout or at least what I can and what I can't I do something else. I have been losing good doing that but I agree Jillian does some moves that I think are impossible at this stage of my workouts
