DAY 2 Looking over yesterday's food calorie totals I immediately saw an area where I could cut....CREAM in my coffee. There went 200 calories!!! I don't really mind black coffee either, that is how I drank it for years anyway. It has been only recently that I have started using cream after my wife (bless her) introduced mye to lattes.
I also think that recording (honestly) what you are doing adds a level of accountability that I haven't experienced before. It is this accountability that I feel will (hopefully) keep me on the path to success.
