it's painful to type this one in....but *sigh accountability to myself. If I'm ever going to stay healthy I have to stay accountable...I'm sick of yoyoing between 160-180 all the time. I can't let pmdd always be my excuse either, even though this last week it took every ounce of strength I had to get out of bed and truthfully one day I just didn't, I know rationally that better eating makes the episodes better, but the crazy doesn't really listen to the rational at times like these. When you feel like crap, that dopamine kick from all the sugar really is hard to fight. Sorry, I'm whining it'll all be fine in a couple of days and I'll get back on track...until next month at least.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.6 lb a week

I understand. Hormones are the worst. Don't get discouraged though! You'll bounce back I'm sure.

I feel you completely. prep prior to ppsd so you can grab what's good! put it on your calendar so you can prepare for it emotionally and food-wise. been there, wish I had done that!!
