When you have ADHD like me, its hard to function. My daily life is surrounded by my nest of thoughts. before I started taking medication for it, I was off the wall with all kinds of things. But the number one thing I found to keep my thoughts at bay was to keep a diary. I keep a bullet journal as well for that. However, I do think I need a stronger med. I will say sometimes my own thoughts drives me crazy, lol!

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 April 2021:

Keep looking for that right medication. There’s so many out there that are great. You just gotta find the one that fits you. It will change your life. Like finding that perfect pair of jeans. It’s not easy but worth it when you put them on.

I have a little OCD and I'm very analytical, so I can relate somewhat. I've had times when I wished I was someone else, but over the years I've learned to ways to use my idiosyncrasies to my advantage and make them work for me. As long as they don't get too cumbersome. Hope you can find that balance and get the right med dosage. It takes time, but you'll get there!
