Today is a good day, I am still feeling stuffed up, but my foot is a bit better, my dog keeps looking at me for a walk and today I think I will get back into the brisk walk with her. I do not get to walk to work today because I have to go in early so that walk is out, but that just gives my foot more recoup time. I am finding the second phase of the workout a bit more enjoyable, even though the exercise moves are a bit more challenging, it is a different pace, I am still modifying the harder impact moves to help my food heel and because my knees are not that great either, but I keep moving which is the imporant part.
