weight down a micro miniscule size. A little discouraging to say the least! Previously low-carbing, running, and no cheating would show dramatic results instantaneously...and here I'm struggling to get back to LAST WEEK's weight even after doing everything perfectly! The culprit is Mr. C. For 3 days so far. I don't know if there's anything to low-carbing bringing on constipation...I need to research that. But it seems like the lack of carbs really messes up my system! And does not show any weight loss!!

On other news, today was a strssful kind of day. Early part of the day there were so many loose ends on so many issues that it really conflicted with my linear, sequential style. I get overwhelmed when 20 things are screaming at me from 20 directions, all with equal priority! Of course, that made me eat bad stuff. I ate two little bags of peanuts! Oh, and nearly choked and asphyxiated on my spicy food that went down the wrong way---I tried to cough it out, and could only wheeze--couldnt exhale at all!!!I thought I was going to die! I quickly ran and opened my office door and stood out in the hallway coughing my lungs out--and thought should I collapse here, at least someone would be able to see me and do something, as opposed to choking to death in the privacy of my office!!! Eventually, it was fine...but sure did give me a good scare!! and lose my voice for a little while after that..

Exercise: Has been very unenergetic! Well, at least I put in 1 hour and 40 mins! Even if I didn't break a sweat. I do feel tired, so at least something is better than no exercise!
1) bike 20 mins: 4.57 miles, 72 calories
2) elliptical 20 mins: 1.24 miles, 124 calories
3) 30 mins treadmill, 1.95 miles, 163 calories (couldn't run at all!)
4) 30 mins bike: 6.20 miles, 110 calories

Total: 1 hr 40 mins, 14 + miles, 475 calories

Meals:
breakfast: 15 almonds (1.5 carbs) and 1 slice cheese (0)
coffee with creamer (2 carbs)
lunch: mock chicken stir fry (6 carbs)
peanuts 2 bags (8 carbs)
dinner: atkins bar (3 carbs)
hummus 1.5 tbs with celery (2 carbs)

Total: 20.5 carbs (and the weirdest combinations around! Although, I did go and buy my egg whites for tomorrow morning, so hopefully I should be able to make a hot breakfast and start my day off right..)

Oh, and started fiber plus tablets today...hopeflly that'll help...

You are bound to run into more trouble on some days than on others. It looks like you are doing quite well to me.

Make sure you are getting enough calories to fuel all that workout. Sometimes if we exercise a lot and don't eat enough, we won't lose. Weird but true! Half a pound is still a great loss and most likely fat. Great job!
