I worked out on the Wii for over an hour today. I did all of the yoga poses (which I suck at most of them) I did half of the strength building. I did the super hula hoop, and free step for 20 minutes. I would have kept going but I have homework and I'm sure my back is going to hurt tomorrow.

So, I've had over 10 cups of water today with barely any pee and no poo. I just drank some lukewarm water with lemon juice and honey to help expell whatever my body is holding. I feel like I'm just inches away from relief, but dang its not budging. I feel it all in my lower back/tailbone area. I'm so uncomfortable. I'm about to go chow down on the rest of the lemon. Maybe that will help.
