We had our first biweekly brown bag lunch meeting of the year today. I catered in Moe's southwest grill salad bar. I ate the veggies, beans, chicken, and a few toppings out the bowl. The meeting was so long and we had to wait to eat for so long that I ate the bottom of the bowl as well. Looked up the nutrition info, had I eaten this salad at Moe's it would have been 1035 kcal. I'm glad I stopped myself. I don't think I had as much in my bowl as I would have gotten at Moe's and I only ate the bottom of the shell so I recorded it as half of the salad. I'm still within my BMI with barely enough left for dinner which is a good thing.

I drank my 8 cups of water today like it was...well...water. I haven't peed as much and there hasn't been a bm at all today, though this morning I felt like I was going to have a big one with no results. I'm going to drink some more water to try to flush the unhealthy salad out. Debating on going for a run or working out on the Wii. I think I'll go for a walk when I get home. I just don't want to change out of my clothes so the walk would be great.

I wander why my eyes have burned for the last couple of days. Like I've had no sleep.

I'd like to poop soon. I really feel like I'm going to. Maybe my body is waiting until I'm in the comforts of my own home.
