Hm... seems as though I spoke too soon. While I do feel better about my abs from a muscular standpoint, that's about it. I've been waking up in the morning feeling very puffy, which lasts from about 7 at night until the next day, so I'm not able to see any results of my hard work. I've also been having this awful full feeling around dinner time which makes me not want to eat, but I know that I have to since a lot of times I have to plan my calories for dinner time since there aren't really many healthy options on campus. And I'm scared to start planning for bigger lunches instead of dinners because 1. I'm not sure if I have the self-control to not eat that much at night and 2. My friends will notice and criticize me for "not eating", even though I am. RRRG.

Don't fret yourself about your friends comments on not eating. Eat a sensible dinner and that's it. You don't have to pig out at night just to reach a certain calorie count. Question is, how do you eat throughout the day...breakfast, snacks, lunch, etc? And guess what? YOU DO have the self-control & the POWER not to eat out at night. You're doing an awesome job budddy :)

I wouldn't eat if I weren't hungry. Of course, I'm hungry all the time. ;-)
