I'm afraid to weigh in this weekend....
TOM this time around really did a number on me. I've been voraciously hungry most all of the time, and my energy level has been low at best. Went for dinner and a movie with a coworker yesterday, and while it was a good time, it was a bad time diet-wise (mac and cheese burger with a side of broccoli, washed down with some hard cider).
As far as my trip out to Denver, I got really lucky. My friend is very much into eating healthy, lots of veggies and what not, so the diet wasn't too hard to maintain, and we did TONS of hiking and walking and even got into some yoga one of the mornings I was there. Definitely one of the most diet-friendly vacations I've ever been on.
No one to blame but myself. Nothing to do but dust myself off and crawl back onto the exercise machine.
Happy Friday!
