Ahhh, what can I say? I'm trying not to be disapointed but its hard. Those weekend indulgences caught up with me. It's a learning curve and now I know that I can't let pizza fool me, no matter how home made it is!

It's my birthday this weekend and we're going out for dinner. I have still lost weight from my original weigh in so i'm not too disheartened.

Roll on the weekend when i will blow my calorie intake through the roof with booze!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
