Maybe i will weigh myself everyday to keep on top of things? What does everyone else do?

I have to stick to once a week. Your body weight fluctuates a lot from day to day, often for reasons that are beyond your control. If I weigh in everyday, I fixate on all the little changes way too much and it starts to overshadow the big picture. I feel like its also misleading because you might not see your weekend slurge on the scale immediately, but that doesn't mean it didn't hurt you. Just my two cents. You just have to figure out what works for you :-)

Thanks! I might stick to twice a week which i have been roughly doing up until now.
