I felt really tired this weekend, and even though I am still tired I did get up at 5:30 drink my protein and went to the gym with the rest of Huntington Beach to ride the bike and lift some weights.
Tonight is a long walk and Yoga. Decided to eat steamed chicken and veggies with garlic and other seasonings at work. It fills me up, gives me protein and is only around 350 calories.
really going to stick to the 1200 calorie diet and keep working out at least a few times a day.
