Yesterday I started my diet, but officially today me and my daughters started our 3 month challenge. I have been eating good for the past 2 days... cold turkey with the chocolate. I am staying within the 1,200 - 1,400 calorie range per day. This is going to help me lose the weight. I have made a pledge to do 50 crunches a day and 5 minutes of stretching. If I go to the gym and work out for an hour, I add a dollar to my jar. This will be the money I get to spend at the end of 3 months......

What a great idea, with visually reminding you of your progress with money in a jar. No soda would be a challenge, I would try it.
