I forgot to weigh myself this morning so it will have to wait til tomorrow morning as i want to do it the same time everytime.

I'm still full of cold. Yesterday was tough although i didn't go too much over my RDI. Today isn't so bad so far, only a banana for breakfast as i got up later than normal. A 3 egg ommelette for lunch with a chopped up left over potato. Once i'd made it I knew i should have just stuck to 2 eggs but i was feeling greedy and justifying it with upping my protein intake.

Dinner will be baked chicken breast with salad and homemade dressing. I'm going to look up some marinades for the chicken to make it a bit more exciting!

Got my fingers crossed for my weigh in tomorrow, i dont feel lighter! Better blow my nose a few times before i get on the scales!
