10:30 min mile
1 min exercise ball crunches
1 min alternating leg and arm raises with 5 lb dumbbell
10 side plank crunches each side
1 min chest flys 5 lbs each arm
1 min overhead shoulder lowers (laying)
1 min double crunches

repeat 1x
