didn't get in as many miles today but we found a rose quartz vein and spent a bunch of time digging, my arms are so sore from the past week, only 2days in the mountains but working the arms every day even just a little is leaving them and my shoulders sore.. now to get a little more focused on the legs, mainly my thighs., have done pretty well staying under calories every day
