Today I was putting away some summer clothes and I found a pair of jeans that I bought last year and have been wanting to wear. Well, I tried them on. They are still really tight but I CAN BUTTON THEM! That shows me that I'm losing weight more so than a number on a scale!
I'm so happy about this. I know in a couple weeks I'll be able to fit them even better. I am SO freaking HAPPY!
Well, rent is due tomorrow, so I'll be broke for another few days...which kinda sucks. I've been wanting to get to the grocery store to get some groceries. I'm kinda scrounging around and making up my own recipes as I go.
I'd also like to add that I don't make myself do 2 hours every single day of exercising. Sometimes time will simply not allow it. Sometimes I'm too sore. But i always strive for an hour. If I get an hour in, I'm happy but my goal is 2 hours. I'd like to be doing 3 hours a day in a year. I hear it takes more exercise to maintain your weight than it does to lose it. I finally enjoy working out.
