Lost .6 pounds yesterday woo hooo!

And I thought it was going to be terrible since a friend came over for dinner and I made this great appetizer with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes etc on sourdough baguettes. They were so good with the wine my friend brought over. then dinner so I was worried. I guess the late bike ride on the beach helped?
244.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks you two. It was a fun ride. Yeah, I get that Jealous comment often. I wish I could share it. :) And Suzi, I didn't know you wanted to come over.
