day 2 of the 4hb diet plan i feel good today woke with lots of energy and am pumped to get going. ive been urinating like a mad man due to all the water ive been drinking but thats ok tgif :)
190.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2808 kcal Fat: 104.20g | Prot: 219.46g | Carb: 275.61g.   Breakfast: Florida Pink and Red Grapefruit, 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Mixed Berries, Green Tea, Metamucil. Lunch: Celery, Mixed Salad Greens, Balsamic Vinegar, iso 100. Dinner: Celery, Broccoli, Chicken Breast, Cauliflower, Cabbage. Snacks/Other: Mini Chocolate Eclair, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten), Almonds, Green Tea, iso 100. more...
