Hi guys, managed to get an extension on my dissertation because my advisor is so useless. Feeling better, slightly less stressed so hopefully stress eating won't be a thing. I've given myself a little pep talk this morning so that I make sure that I make the best decisions possible. Cutting back on carbs today considering the sheer amount I've had over the last few days. Still going strong on the no processed sugar thing though so at least there's that :P Hope you guys have a good Wednesday :)
