Oh Loo! I know how stressful deadlines and exams can be! I also know how much help others can be during stressful times (to keep us on track)...we're always here for you! You can do this, don't let your stress overcome and sabotage your great work! If you MUST have "finger food" available for those "stress eating times" pre-record them in your calendar, so they're accounted for ahead of time, and won't sneak up on you afterward, causing MORE emotional eating (this time due to regret and guilt).
