well i started jan 24- weight then was 189. no excersice on mond or tuesday-gross -but good eating habits so we will see. great work out on wednesday -2 miles on treadmill, 6miles on bike. butt lifts and 150 crunches. great eating habit. thurday, january 27, 2011-- 184.4 weight , very happy keep up the work its only gotta get better.
