well i do gotta say this is such a great web site. i have it on my blackberry and became addicted to entering everything i eat at all times. i tried journaling in a notebook, that i carried in my purse but sometimes would forget and didnt have the amnt of calories at my finger tips and this website has it all for me.
my biggest down fall is the weekends, my son had racing all last wkend and took some healthy snack but also had the bad ones my family loves.
i did hit the gym but due to the long weekend i didnt go as many times as i planned.
gotta keep positive. im gonna try doing some prepd good snacks so i dont wanna grab something bad.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
