Had a GREAT week.. I didn't make my 3 lbs. goal but I was close at 2.6. I did eat pizza and salad last night. I could have made better choice for dinner but it was good. One thing I did different was, I didn't over eat. I made my plate, eat it, and I put the food away. In the pass I would have ate all the left over the wife didn't eat. I have a goal to hit 200 lbs. I have Birthday in June and Family coming in July. I would like be down to 230 by June.
