so close. and now, thinking of extending my goal to another 5 or 10 lbs.
150 is good. 140 is what I weighed in the periods of my earlier adult life when I felt great. (periods of time when I was not pregnant or post-partum...)
In my adult life I've weighed as much as 185 and as little as 125. (I'm 5'8") The range for "normal weight" according to some charts is between 129-162. 150 is do-able and should be maintainable. 145 or 140 is harder to maintain.
We'll see.
I have another 6 weeks to go on my 100 days of no drinking and no desserts. After that we shall see.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations on the current weight loss and keep it up You are a great encouragement to me. I am 5'1 and started this diet at 181 lbs. your posts have helped me a lot. I am now 146.6 I would like to be 110-120 at 55 I don't see that happening but I will continue to try for the best
