Today was not a good day for me. I helped a friend by riding with her to run some errands, and when we do that I do not eat very well. Some things went alittle wrong, so I let her take my truck to the rest of her appointments. Thus leaving me stuck at home with no way to get to the gym. Have to say I am glad I didn't go,but I just know I am going to regret not going tomorrow, knowing I probably gained 3 pounds tonight. Oh well, life goes on and I will make it up tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing well.

Even if you are 3 pounds heavier tomorrow don't worry it is not possible to gain that much fat overnight(i know this thanks to my buddies having reassured me once when i was worried) it would be mostly water and the weight of the food!
