walked 5.5 miles today - added to 11 miles on Monday and 5 miles on Tuesday takes me over 20 for the challenge - and tomorrow I have an 8 miler planned
Thursday I really binged - but my buddies on another site helped me to recover myself on Friday - today was a total back to the diet world day - thank goodness for these sites
