how do you erase the default exercises... I don't know where all these exercises came from I certainly did not do all of these today.. only a few.. I am still battling a worn out body from being sick... so couldn't possibly do everything my exercises say I have done today... I tried to delete them but it wouldn't ... help anyone??

D2na's, On your home page click on exercise in the upper right corner (like you would when you post your daily exercise workouts) on the right side of the exercise screen you will see My Daily Exercise Defaults, go down the screen a bit further and click on set default values, make sure only this day of the week has a check mark in the little box. Today is Saturday so only Saturday is to be checked. If more are checked, click on the little boxes to uncheck them.Then click save. This should take care of it for you. :-)
