I changed my date yet again,simply because things were still hectic. Now that they have calmed down a bit I can focus on my goal. I went to the fitness center and did 20 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins on the bike. My knee started to hurt a little bit so I stopped. One day at a time I can increase the things that I do and my knee will become more adjusted to the daily activity that I am introudcing to my body....
