I. Am. So. SORE! Did a pretty good strength workout on Saturday and I'm still hurting all over from it. Unfortunately, I also ate Olive Garden (Fried calamari and seafood alfredo) and sushi over the weekend. But, both Sat & Sun, I ran a lot of errands and did a lot of shopping & walking, so hopefully that helped even it out. And I kept the other meals light.
Still struggling with exercising regularly. I bought some Reebok Runtones, so maybe that will encourage me to run more. It's just so dang cold outside! It makes me want to stay in cuddled under my thick fleece blanket.
It also doesn't help that I am still having major issues with battling feelings for my ex-husband. Ugh. Love stinks. Yeah, yeah.
