Was one of those mornings that plans had changed but was up out the door in 2min. flat from a dead sleep. Not too bad with no coffee or anything.Need to get some food today for the challange starting monday to be able to do the 1200 cal. a day for 6 wks. I almost forgot that it was weigh in day for me today with this morning being caotic. I was pleasanty suprised to see that I had went down 2lbs. I am already feeling somewhat better just sticking to what I want/say that Im gonna do. :)
175.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
