Why are so many people tired on April 1st?
They just finished a 31 day March.

That’s my goal - to every day beat my steps a little longer, so I will be marching in March.😄👍🌺
186.0 lb Lost so far: 34.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am right there with you increasing my walks in March. The snow is finally leaving with the ice. We got up to 38F, I was in heaven.
