What do you order when eating at a Mexican Restaurant? I usually order chicken fajita quesadillas- full of chicken, peppers, onions & tomatoes. Does anybody know of some nice low-cal options?

I don't eat out too often these days but at Mexican places I've ordered taco salads & didn't eat the shell, but I'm doing low-carb, not low-fat. To limit fat I'd say try to stay away from items with lots of cheese, avoid guac & choose chicken or seafood over beef. Fajitas are a great choice too!

Yeah I always go toward the fajita-type meals. And I don't like guac OR sour cream so that's a plus lol!

Fajitas... I usually only use one of the the tortillas they give me and fill it to the max and eat the rest without a tortilla.

I second, no - wait - third, britt-a-knee and yourself. I always ask the server to just grill the veggies and meat without any oils/butter. I also replace my guac and sour cream with extra pico. I use salsa for extra boost of flavor and if I NEED a tortilla, I will choose corn. But overall - I think you've already got it down. ;)
