I have been on a life style change for 3 weeks now.
I have lost 8 lbs.
my diet is a fruit for bk
vegetables for lunch
balance dinner limiting the meat & with or without pasta.
a fruit for snack.

This last weekend I did the hollywood diet drink and fasted for 48 hours.
I have had some bad days where I went out of town & cheated two times and had to much carbs in one day.
I am exercising 2 to 3 times a week on a treadmill, eliptical, & stationary bike.

Make sure you are getting enough protein! Or you may lose muscle which makes it harder to lose weight. It doesn't have to be meat, it can be beans, or nuts, or peanut butter. Or tofu,(yuck) whatever floats your boat!
