We are finally having some milder weather. It was comfortable enough for my Wife, Grand dude and I to take a walk. Yesterday I ate barely under goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 855kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // BW unchanged

Thanks Shrewdness!!! Make sure your goals are obtainable for now. My activity goals do require me to do more than regular routine activity. A little extra goes a long way. Good luck!!!
