So I was reading some of the info on the Atkins website and apparently I have been doing the induction period a bit wrong. I guess I'll have to start over. Dang.

Never too late to start again and you have been losing, so just consider this a "minor adjustment" :-D

Yep, I really don't have to adjust much. I only have to cut out a few things that I've been eating. Hopefully it will make a difference. :)

My problem with Induction when I did Atkins was CHEESE lol went way above the recommended daily amount. But I know it does work.. .. when I REALLY stuck to it... it was the first time I did it and I lost 40 pounds in like 6 weeks.

I LOVE cheese and I've really had to cut that down. It's actually ok because it's hard enough eating enough as it is. I have to concentrate on eating all my carbs. So many veggies, so little time.
