its okay, i remember a few weeks ago, i couldn't help but to grab 3 oreos, but first i removed the all the filling...so i didn't feel too too guilty! the thing is to avoid being hungry, cuz that's when the impulse cravings get you. next time you get like that just grab some water and maybe a granola bar? or some fruit :)
