Woot! Down 1/2 pound. ^.^ Though 267.5 first popped up on my scale this morning. I took it as a fluke and re-weighed 2-3 times and got 268. :D Still happy with it. Ended up not going to the gym yesterday. Went over to a friend's house instead so my hubby could fix her computer. ^.^ It was good to go visiting. I honestly don't have alot of friends to visit. She made a chicken alfredo for dinner and I was actually okay with it. I did feel a little ill later on, but I'm guessing it was the milky sauce doing it. :( Also had a small brownie and some fat free vanilla icecream that I shared with my daughter. ^.^ It was quite delicious. :) I don't think I went over my target calorie range either. It was suprising to eat less than everyone else there. My portions were much smaller. And I put a good amount of veggies on my plate too. Got in 10 cups of water yesterday, and 6 cups of coffee. Yum! It was a late night we didn't get home til 1am and the drive was very very foggy. Saw a bunny, and 5 deer on our drive home too. ^.^
Plans for today: Body sculpt class at 5:30 this afternoon Always more Housework Haircut maybe. :) It would be nice.

Good job! Your journal entries always make me smile. If I lived in Florida, I would want you as a friend (your sis too!) You keep life simple and look for the joy in it all :o)

Thanks Kedzie. :) I'm glad you enjoy my journals. ^.^ There is something good in everyday, even if every day isn't good. My days are a mixture of good and bad. Yesterday was tiring, my child has far too much energy, and hubs too way too long fixing the computer. XD I was hoping to get home about 11pm at the latest. If you ever move to North Florida, let us know. XD We always need more friends.

Great loss! I love when I can eat "normal" foods and be in control, and then move on to the next day like nothing happened, i.e. forgive myself. Good for you!!!! I used to live in South Florida Born and raised in West Palm Beach area. I often wonder had I stayed down there would I be overweight. Country cooking is totally different than the "city life" cooking I was eating. My husband has to have bread with every meal too. Eh, I guess I wouldn't change anything as far as my life. Just my diet. ;)
