So i have made some changes.... really working on having more water per day. I'm actually doing better with that then i thought. And thanks to my friend (Chinita) i think i can actually start including salads into my meals more... which if you know me is a very big step! =) I'm stopping at the grocery store today to pick up my veggies! I'm going to try to add into a meal at a time. At least i'm working out more which is great! I don't get as tired as I used to which is a big plus! One day at a time right? =)
